Cinderella and Fairy Godmother are coming to International Tsum Tsum coming this Sunday, January 1st!!
Here are the leaks, courtesy of StuddedNET:
Tidbit: Cinderella - her skill is an enhanced version of regular Rapunzel's skill in that you can connect different tsums in short chains to clear them. I say enhanced version because Rapunzel allows you to connect different tsums in One long chain; however, for a short amount of time, Cinderella's skill allows you to make multiple short chains of
7 to 12 tsums (depending on your Cinderella's skill level) to clear them.
Tidbit: Fairy Godmother - her skill is similar to Birthday Anna. When you activate her skill, she will turn
5 to 10 tsums (depending on your Fairy Godmother's skill level) into Cinderella. You can connect Cinderella to Fairy Godmother tsums, and when you do make this chain and let go, the Cinderella tsums become Princess Cinderellas and clears the surrounding tsums.
Tidbit: Both Cinderella and Fairy Godmother requires 19 to 20 before their skill meter gets activated! However, Fairy Godmother does require less to fill up her skill meter as you skill her up. So my advice is to skill up Fairy Godmother as much as you can, especially if you're good at using Birthday Anna's skill. Furthermore, both of these new tsums will be very useful for the upcoming Cinderella event! Read on below for more details!
- Jan 1st to Jan 4th - Ruby sale
- Jan 6th to Jan 25th - Cinderella Event! This event is similar to the Halloween Event that we just had back in October 2016. Instead of collecting candies, you're collecting magical bottles which contain magical points! Similar to the Halloween event, in one of these magical bottles, you may get a Magical Party Invitation where you can try to clear as many magical bottles as you can to get more magical points! Using Cinderella or Fairy Godmother will give you bonus magical points as well, thus help you finish the event faster. The goal of the event is to collect enough magical points to be able to decorate 3 different dresses for Cinderella. There are 20 cards altogether, meaning there are 6 to 7 cards per dress. Details of each dress found at this Reddit thread: Cinderella Event Live. As with each event we've played so far, once you clear the whole event, you will receive a Cinderella Pin.
Tidbit: At different cards, you will notice that you will get
Prince Charming!! You will get 6 Prince Charming as the prize for 6 different cards, at which point you would get a
Skill 6 Prince Charming! I
highly recommend finishing the event to get a Skill 6 Prince Charming as his animation is beautiful Plus
his skill actually clears quite a number of tsums horizontally!!! This prize tsum is definitely worth the effort of finishing the Cinderella Event in my opinion, in contrast to past prize tsums that we have received from events that are quite weak to play with, e.g. Scuttle and Abu.
- Jan 12th to Jan 18th - Item sale
You still got the rest of this month to coin farm before Cinderella and Fairy Godmother comes our way! From what I can tell so far from the leaks, it looks like these two tsums are Not limited time tsums, so you will be able to continue to skill them up in the future via the premium boxes.

Keep coin farming until Sunday! These next few days' 10x bonus in mission rewards is very helpful towards this goal, especially for the upcoming lucky time for Cinderella and Fairy Godmother this Sunday!!
There are a few additional pictures leaked in the Reddit thread, one of which shows that the
pickup capsule has Arlo, Birthday Anna, Cinderella (!!!), Elsa, and Snow White!!! I highly recommend saving 450,000 coins to get all the tsums in January's pickup capsule because
- Arlo is only available in the pickup capsule,
- Birthday Anna is a very powerful tsum to have in your collection if you don't have her yet. If you do, it always helps to have her skill up some more!
- You get Cinderella in the Pickup Capsule!!! I don't remember ever seeing the Lucky Time tsum be one of the tsums you can also get in the pickup capsule!!
***UPDATE AGAIN!! Just as I finished updating, I saw another update on Reddit in a different thread!***
It looks like the
pickup capsule in January 2017 is going to have 20 capsules!!
Meaning you need to save up 600,000 coins in order to get all the capsules and thus get the skill ticket for January 2017. At this point, we don't know if this is going to be a new format for the pickup capsule...
The following is what the January 2017 5-Day Pickup Capsule
(Jan 20th to Jan 24th, 11:59PM (PST)) will contain:
- Cinderella x 1 (!!!)
- Arlo x 1 (!!!)
- Birthday Anna x 1 (!!!)
- Elsa x 2
- Snow White x 2
- Rapunzel x 2
- Pascal x 2
- Ariel x 2
- Flounder x 2
- Sebastian x 1
- Tinkerbell x 2
- Max x 2
For a total of 20 capsules!
I have highlighted that Cinderella, Arlo and Birthday Anna makes this pickup capsule worth saving up 600,000 coins for! You get a skill ticket as well to skill up any tsum you wish in your collection, or to save up for a future tsum that you want to skill up instead. I think this is an interestng new development and will definitely help new tsum tsum players get better tsums in their collection.
