Tsum Tsum is a game that is made in Japan and that is linked via Line which is a popular messaging app in Japan I believe.
A tsum is a game character in the game. MyTsum is the character that you choose to be. If you choose to be Mickey, then that's your game character ability/skill you wish to use.
During the game, a bunch of different random tsums fall down. Five different types are existent during that 1 minute that you're playing. The point of the game is to achieve the highest score you can with the tsum you're currently using by using the skill it has. Different tsums have different abilities, and depending what strategy you like to employ, different tsums may be your preference.
How do you get this high score and coins? You need to clear the tsums on your screen. How? You need to link a minimum of 3 of the same tsums to clear it e.g. clear three Mickeys by linking 3 Mickeys that are next to each other. You should then see it disappear and your score increase.
As you level your tsums up, the higher the scores become based on the number underneath the tsum when you go to the page where you can select which tsum will be your MyTsum.
When you clear a chain of 7 tsums, you get a bubble, which can help extend time by 2 seconds, or increase your score, or increase your experience.
Experience is what helps you level up to the next level. As you increase your level, the higher your score bonus will be.
More to come on how to use certain tsums and other tidbits. Ciao!
(By the way, this will probably only help the American version of tsum tsum since I am situated in Canada haha. Looking forward to the Japanese version and what comes out for them is a good indicator of what may happen soon for the American version, though sometimes it may take anywhere between 3 months to a year before the same event/item comes to the American version.)
